Kat's Pull List for 9/17/14 "Another HUGE Pull List as Futures End Continues"

Kat talks about all the comics she is getting this week. Check out what Kat is excited for in this week's pull list.

DC Comics

Batman and Robin Futures End #1

During Futures End month I will be reading different series I usually do not have on my pull list. Batman and Robin will be one of those series. I am a big fan of the Bat Family and interested to see where Robin will be five years in the future. (Exclusive to Comic Uno Episode 65)

Batman Eternal #24

I am super excited to read this issue! It is one of my most anticipated comics for the week. I am a big Stephanie Brown fan and can't wait to see her put on her costume.

Batman/Superman Futures End #1

This is another series that is not on my pull list, but I will be reading for Futures End. One of the reasons this series is not on my pull list is because of Jae Lee's artwork. Jae Lee does not do the artwork for this issue. So, I decided to grab this issue.

Green Lantern New Guardians Futures End #1

Green Lantern New Guardians is the only comic book on my pull list that I don't review. I couldn't fully drop this series. So, I have been collecting the issues every month that way I can binge read them one day. Because of Futures End I will probably have an indepth review for this issue on Comic Frontline. (Exclusive to Comic Uno Episode 65)

Justice League Futures End #1

Part 1 of this story was in Justice League United, and that story wasn't half bad. Interested to see what happened to Martian Manhunter.

Futures End #20

It seems like we are going to dig a little deeper into Lois' Futures End story, which I am excited to read. (Exclusive to Comic Uno Episode 65)

Sensational Comics Wonder Woman #2

This a fun Wonder Woman series. If you miss old Wonder Woman then read this series! (Exclusive to Comic Uno Episode 65)

Supergirl Futures End #1

This is another series I usually don't have my pull list, but the Futures End story intrigued. me. (Exclusive to Comic Uno Episode 65)

Superman/Wonder Woman Futures End #1

Its great to be picking up Superman/Wonder Woman again. I had to drop the series because it tied into the Superman Doomed story arc. Its a shame though that the creative team will be leaving the series soon.

Teen Titans Futures End #1

I am looking forward to seeing some fresh faces on the Teen Titans team. The New 52 can't mess up new characters...Right?

Dynamite

Bionic Woman Season 4 #1

Bionic Woman is an awesome show and a couple of years ago I was able to see the whole series. Right around that time the new Bionic Woman series came out from Dynamite. I thought I would give it a try and I quickly realized that this was not the same Bionic Woman from the 1970's television show. I am very excited for this comic because we will finally be able to see the real Jaime Sommers. (Exclusive to Comic Uno Episode 65)

Oddly Normal #1

This looked like a cute comic. So, I decided I would give it a try. (Exclusive to Comic Uno Episode 65)

Marvel

All New X-men #32

I am super excited to read this issue this week! The cover pays homage to Kitty Pryde's first adventure. In this issue, the First Class X-men will be traveling to the Ultimate Universe. My only hope is that some how Kitty ends up in the Ultimate Universe also. It would be fun to see her meet her ultimate self.

Daredevil #8

The new Daredevil series has been so far a solid series. Looking forward to seeing what is next for Matt Murdock. (Exclusive to Comic Uno Episode 65)

Edge of Spider-Verse #2

This has to be my most anticipated issue of the week. I am so excited to see Gwen Stacy as Spider-Woman. I read the preview and the issue seems like a blast.

Elektra #6

Elektra is such a great under the radar series. I hope more people give it a chance. (Exclusive to Comic Uno Episode 65)

Miles Morales The Ultimate Spider-man #5

Another issue I am really anticipating this week. So far this series has been my pick of the week every month. Lets hope issue 5 can be my pick of the week also.

Nova #21

Nova has been a pretty solid series and I am looking forward to seeing what it has in store for us. (Exclusive to Comic Uno Episode 65)

Superior Spider-man #33

Another issue I am really excited to read this week, who knew I would be saying that about Superior Spider-man. This will be the series to lead us into Spider-Verse.

Uncanny Avengers #24

I have been enjoying Uncanny Avengers. It is a pretty solid Avengers title. This also ties into Axis. So, hopefully we will get a glimpse of what that story arc will be about. (Exclusive to Comic Uno Episode 65)

Uncanny X-men #26

After reading the Last Testament of Charles Xavier the story arc intrigued me enough to continue with Uncanny X-men. Lets hope we get a good story. (Exclusive to Comic Uno Episode 65)

Zenescope

Grimm Fairy Tales: Tales of Terror #3

If you are interested in learning more about the new creative team for Wonder Woman than I recommend reading this issue of Tales of Terror. Meredith Finch is the writer for the issue and I can't wait to read it! (Exclusive to Comic Uno Episode 65)

  1. Superman/Wonder Woman is connected to Wonder Woman also written by Charles Soule.
