The CW has released the first photo of Hawkgirl (Ciara Renée) and Hawkman (Falk Hentschel) in full costume. The costumes lack the signature wings which Renée has said would be added through C.G.I.
Both characters will make their debut (Hawkgirl actually debuted in the season 1 finale of The Flash) in the next Arrow and The Flash crossover event this fall. Following their appearance in the team-up they will make the jump to the 2016 mid-season series DC's Legends of Tomorrow.

The connection between the two seem to in line with their Pre-Flashpoint continuity where Hawkman remembered his past but Hawkgirl didn't. It is unknown if they will go about it the same way with Kendra having committed suicide while her spirit left her body her grandfather's first cousin Shiera Sanders Hall spirit entered it.
