ResurrXion: A Beginning - Weapon X #1 Teaser

Marvel has revealed a new teaser for the mysterious ResurrXion. The project will follow after Death of X, and Inhumans Vs. X-Men. This new teaser image plays off of the "A New Beginning" tagline from last week's Resurrxtion An Ending. A Beginning Teaser. This teaser joins yesterday's ICEMAN #1 and with WEAPON X #1 along with images of characters from the Weapon X Program's history.

The Weapon X Program is a secret organization with ties to the X-Men, and Deadpool. The program largely experimented on mutant subjects turning them into living weapons. The most notable Weapon X experiment came from Canada’s Department K; James Howlett, Wolverine in Incredible Hulk #181. Since then the creators have returned to the program to create new characters like Sabretooth, Deadpool, and others.

At this time we do not know anything about the title including the creators, or if the book will focus on the Weapon X Program, the history of it, or the weapons they have created over the years.
