Hasbro's Power Rangers Lightning Collection Wave One & Two Revealed!

Hasbro's Power Rangers: Lightning Collection first wave of action figures have been revealed thanks to Amazon. The new line will be the equivalent of the current Bandai America's Power Rangers Legacy line and comparable to Hasbro's Marvel’s Legends, and Star Wars’ Black Series lines. The first wave consists of seven Power Rangers and one villain spanning the franchise's 25-year history.


First announced at the 2018 Power Morphicon 6 Hasbro Toys, Collectibles and Games Power Hour panel at the Anaheim Convention Center the Lightning Collection generated a lot of buzz with the Mighty Morphin White Ranger prototype on display. The figure featured swappable heads and Saba the White Ranger's saber.

Power Rangers Lightning Collection Wave One:

• Mighty Morphin' White Ranger
• S.P.D. Shadow Ranger
• Dino Charge Red Ranger
• Lord Zedd

Power Rangers Lightning Collection Wave Two:

• Mighty Morphin' Pink Ranger
• Lost Galaxy Magna Defender
• Beast Morphers Red Ranger
• Beast Morphers Gold Ranger

The line will include action figures that will emphasize quality and include Power Rangers from the 25-year history, each with a premium design. The Lightning Collection will be released in Spring 2019, will stand at six-inches, feature 27 morphinominal points of articulation, will include weapons, accessories, swappable heads (and possible other swappable accessories), and each figure will sell for $19.99.
