What a bad ass moment that accumulates what makes this book awesome - using a stroller as their deadly weapon against Darkseid. This is truly some super parenting.

I love that the creative team gives a whole page to Darkseid eating a veggie tray! Have I mentioned how awesome this book is?

What a twist! Carol’s mom is Kree?!? This will be sure to change Carol’s origins and I’m curious to see how this will affect her family.

An ongoing joke in the issue as the leader of the cult/assassins kept pronouncing the "J" in Mojave, I share Robot Paul's annoyance. This is a great book!

4. Avengers #8 - Even Gods Can Blush....

Yes they give us a half-assed explanation of Jen's transformation, but it was nice to see that they have Jen's voice when she is Jen!

3. Avengers #8 - We DO Have A Hot Tub....

LOVE the Tony/Carol relationship here! This is going to be fun to watch.

2. Batman: Damned #1 - NA NA NA NA BAT DICK!

We all knew a dick pic was going to break the internet one day, we just never thought it would be a Bat Dick! But seriously I had to include this as the panel is so controversial but if it were a woman it wouldn't have made it onto anyone's radar. It is a Mature Label for Mature Books, GROW UP!

From on Bat Dick to another.... But man this happens and nothing? This is Dick Freaking Grayson people! He is Comic Royalty! This is the Bat Dick that people should have been talking about. I have to admit it, Tom King has some balls to pull of the stories he is this year. I been loving everything he has been doing I hope we see the family come into play here, especially Damian who sees Dick as that true big brother.
